Why we ask before we quote
Most charter problems start before the flight. A jet too small for the luggage. A runway too short for the aircraft someone booked. A departure time that leaves no room for a meeting that runs long. Those mistakes usually come from quoting first and asking later, so we do it the other way around.
We've been in business 5 years, and the first call still runs the same way. We ask how many passengers are flying, how much they're carrying, whether a dog is coming along, which airport sits closest to where you're actually headed and how firm your schedule is. Those answers decide whether a turboprop, a light jet or something larger fits the trip, and they keep you from paying for seats or range you won't use.
Once the trip is clear, we price it point to point. You pay for the legs you fly, never round trip pricing on a one-way trip. The quote you hear on the phone is all-inclusive, so there are no hidden costs waiting on a later invoice.
How we work with you
Nothing to join, nothing to sign
There's nothing to sign up for and no money to load into an account before you fly. Take one trip this month and nothing next year if that suits you. Each charter is its own booking.
Protected if the aircraft is grounded
Now and then a well-maintained aircraft has to stay on the ground for a mechanical problem. If that happens, our mechanical insurance pays up to 100% of the replacement flight's cost, so your trip goes on without a surprise charge.
A straight answer on aircraft size
When a light jet does the job, we say so, even if a larger cabin would mean a bigger booking. When your group or route needs a super-midsize or heavy jet, we explain the reason in plain language.
Bring the dog, bring the laptop
Pets are allowed, so your dog can sit in the cabin with you. Many aircraft we book have WiFi, so a video call or your email can continue in flight. Mention either one on the first call and we'll factor it into the aircraft we pick.
Flying from Westfield and nearby towns
We plan trips from our office in Westfield and by phone and video, so arranging a charter never means a drive across town. We set up flights for passengers in Carmel, Noblesville, Fishers, Zionsville and Whitestown, and out toward Sheridan, Cicero, Lebanon, Lawrence and Speedway.
We'll suggest the FBO that makes the most sense for your departure, and if your dates are flexible we'll watch for empty leg flights that line up with where you're going.
