Midsize Jet Charter in Westfield

More seats, a bigger baggage hold and enough range to skip the fuel stop on most cross-country legs. Before we suggest an aircraft, we learn who is flying, what they are carrying and where they need to land, then give you one all-inclusive quote priced point to point.

Who a midsize jet suits

Think of the midsize class as the middle step in the charter lineup. Light jets handle short regional hops, and super-midsize aircraft are built for long nonstop legs. A midsize cabin typically holds seven to nine passengers, with extra headroom, a larger baggage area and, on most models, an enclosed lavatory. Depending on winds and weight, many of these jets can reach either coast from central Indiana without stopping for fuel.

Picking the class is only half the job. We first ask how many people are coming, what they are packing, which airport they need and how fixed the schedule is. Six executives with briefcases need something different from four friends with golf bags and a dog. Sorting that out before quoting is how we avoid putting you in a jet that is too big, too small or wrong for the runway.

We have been in business 5 years, and most of our charter work still starts with that careful conversation.

What your midsize charter includes

An aircraft sized to your trip
We match the jet to your passenger count, bags and destination runway rather than whatever is quickest to book. If a light jet or a super-midsize would serve you better, we say so.
One all-inclusive quote
Fuel, crew, landing fees and taxes are already in the figure we give you. There are no hidden costs waiting on a later invoice.
Pricing by the leg
What you pay reflects the legs you actually fly. A one-way trip is never billed as a round trip, and nothing ties you to future bookings.
A private terminal departure
We set up your departure from an FBO near Westfield, so you park, hand off bags and board without a commercial security line.
Staying connected, bringing the dog
Need to stay online during the flight? We can line up WIFI equipped aircraft so you can answer email or join a call at altitude. We also welcome pets on board, so your four-legged traveler does not get left behind.
Backup if the jet is grounded
A mechanical problem should not end your trip. Our mechanical insurance covers up to 100% of replacement flight cost when we have to swap in another aircraft.

Signs a midsize jet is what you need

  • Your group outgrew a light jet

Once you pass five or six passengers, a light jet gets tight fast. A midsize cabin gives everyone a real seat and room to stretch.

  • The trip runs three hours or more

On longer legs, standing room, a proper lavatory and space to spread out paperwork matter more than they do on a quick hop.

  • You have real luggage

Golf clubs, ski gear, trade show cases or a week of family bags often will not fit a smaller baggage hold.

  • A fuel stop would cost you

If you need to reach the coast for a morning meeting, a nonstop leg can be the difference between making it and missing it.

  • Plans changed at the last minute

We take calls around the clock, 24/7, and can look for an available midsize aircraft when a commercial flight falls through.

What moves the price of a midsize charter

Flight hours drive most of a midsize quote, so your destination matters more than anything else. Because we price point to point, an empty trip home is not on your bill unless you book a round trip. These are the other things that shift the total.

Distance and winds

A longer route adds hours in the air. Westbound headwinds can stretch the time as well.

How the trip is shaped

A one-way leg, a round trip with a wait, and a multi-city itinerary are each priced differently. Every leg appears on your quote.

Where the jet starts

When the closest available aircraft has to fly in from another airport to reach you, that positioning time can change the number.

Dates and weather

Holiday weekends and big event dates fill up quickly. Indiana winters can bring deicing before departure.

Crew waiting and overnights

When your plans keep the pilots at the destination for a few hours or a night, their time and lodging are counted in the all-inclusive quote up front.

How booking and flight day work

  1. 1

    We ask before we quote

On the phone or a video call, we go over passengers, bags, pets, destinations and timing. This is where we catch details that change the aircraft choice.

  2. 2

    You get one clear number

We give you an all-inclusive quote for the matched aircraft, with each leg laid out. If something is uncertain, like possible winter deicing, we explain it plainly.

  3. 3

    We confirm the details

Once you approve, we lock in the aircraft, crew, FBO and departure time, and share what to bring and when to arrive.

  4. 4

    Arrive and board

Pull up to the private terminal, meet your crew and board, usually within minutes. Your bags are loaded for you.

  5. 5

    We stay reachable

If timing shifts on your end or weather moves things, we work out the change with you by phone.

Midsize jet charter questions

How many passengers fit on a midsize jet?

Seven to nine is typical. How many fit comfortably depends on the exact aircraft and the luggage coming along, so we ask about bags before we put a quote together.

Will we need a fuel stop on the way to California?

Many times not. Plenty of midsize jets have the range to go nonstop from central Indiana to the West Coast. Headwinds, passenger weight and baggage all cut into that range, so we run your real load and route before we call it nonstop.

What if the jet has a mechanical problem before we leave?

We start looking for a replacement aircraft right away. Up to 100% of the replacement flight cost is covered by our mechanical insurance, which means a mechanical issue should not leave you paying twice for the same trip.

Do I have to join a program to book?

No. There are no prepaid programs and no long term commitments. You phone us, get your quote and book only the flight you need.

Should I book a midsize or a super-midsize jet?

For trips under roughly five hours with eight or fewer passengers, a midsize jet usually does the job well. If you want a longer nonstop leg or more cabin space, our Super-Midsize Jet Charter page explains the next class up.

Can an empty leg lower the cost?

It can. When a midsize jet is already repositioning along your route, an empty leg may bring the price down, though you trade away some schedule flexibility. Our Empty Leg Flights page explains how those work.
