Heavy Jet Charter in Westfield

A heavy jet gives a large group a full cabin, a real galley and the range to fly overseas without a fuel stop. We start by learning your passenger count, bags and destination, then quote the aircraft that fits the trip.

Is a Heavy Jet Right for Your Trip?

Heavy jets sit at the top of the private charter range. Most carry about 12 to 16 passengers in a cabin you can stand up and walk around in, and from central Indiana they can fly to Europe or the West Coast and back without stopping for fuel. Seats often lie flat for sleeping, the galley can serve proper meals, and there is room for a cabin attendant.

We will also tell you when one is more than you need. Six people headed to Florida are usually better off in a midsize or super-midsize jet. Our first questions cover how many are flying, how much luggage and gear they have, the destination and the schedule. Answering those up front means you pay for the aircraft the trip calls for, not the largest one available.

In our 5 years in business, the error we run into most from other bookings is a group put on a jet that can't hold its luggage or needs a fuel stop. Our questions exist to keep that from happening to you.

What Comes With a Heavy Jet Charter

A jet chosen for your trip
Range, cabin size, baggage room and runway length get reviewed together. An aircraft can seem fine on a spec sheet and still come up short with fuel, people and bags on board, so we check the whole load.
One all-inclusive price
Our price already covers the aircraft, the pilots, the fuel for the flight and the normal airport and handling charges. No extra charges show up after you land.
Priced point to point
Heading one way to London or Los Angeles? You won't be charged round trip pricing for a return you aren't flying.
A cabin built for long legs
Seats recline or lie flat, the galley handles full meals, and the lavatory is private. Ask for a WIFI equipped aircraft and your work can carry on in flight.
Pets can come too
Pets are allowed. Mention them when you call and we will confirm the arrangements with the operator.
Protection if the jet can't fly
If a maintenance problem grounds the aircraft you booked, our mechanical insurance pays up to 100% of the replacement flight cost, and your group still gets where it is going.

Signs Your Trip Calls for a Heavy Jet

  • Your group is ten or more

Smaller jets get tight fast with a full group. A heavy jet keeps everyone on one aircraft with space to move.

  • Your route goes overseas

Getting to Europe, South America or Hawaii in one hop takes serious range. A heavy jet can usually do it without a refueling stop that adds hours and an extra landing.

  • The flight runs six hours or longer

On a long leg, a stand-up cabin, a galley and seats that recline flat make a real difference in how people feel when they arrive.

  • You are carrying a lot of gear

Golf bags, trade show cases or a family's luggage for two weeks need a large baggage hold. We check the hold size against your list.

  • Your team needs to work on board

A heavy jet often has a separate seating area for meetings, plus WIFI, so the flight becomes usable time.

What Moves the Price of a Heavy Jet

Heavy jet pricing mostly follows flight time, and the aircraft you choose sets the hourly cost. We quote each trip on its own details, and the price we give you is all-inclusive. Here is what tends to change it.

Hours in the air

Every added hour means more fuel burned and more pilot duty time. Even so, a straight-through trip on a larger jet can come in under a smaller aircraft that has to put down midway to take on fuel.

One way or round trip

With point to point pricing you pay for the legs you fly. If the jet waits for you over several days, crew lodging and waiting time are part of the quote.

Aircraft model and positioning

Different heavy jets carry different hourly costs. If the closest suitable aircraft is based elsewhere, the flight to reach you can affect the price.

International details

Overseas trips can add customs, landing and handling fees at foreign airports. We include them in the quote so they don't surprise you.

Timing and demand

Holidays and big event weekends tighten availability. Booking earlier gives you more aircraft to choose from.

How We Arrange Your Flight

  1. 1

    A conversation about the trip

On the phone or by video, we ask about passengers, bags, pets, dates and your departure and arrival airports. If a heavy jet isn't the best fit, we will tell you which aircraft is.

  2. 2

Checking the aircraft against the route

We confirm range with a full load and whether each runway suits a fully fueled heavy jet. Some smaller airports can't take one at full weight, so we sort that out before you are quoted.

  3. 3

    Your all-inclusive quote

You get one price for the trip, with point to point pricing on one-way legs. Nothing to join and no long-term commitment.

  4. 4

    Departure day

You arrive at the FBO, skip the terminal lines and board with your group. Short-notice trips are welcome day or night, and we stay reachable until you land.

Heavy Jet Charter Questions

How big a group can we bring on a heavy jet?

Seating on these aircraft generally runs from about 12 to 16, and a few larger models take more. On an overnight leg the comfortable count drops, because seats fold down into beds. Share how long you will be in the air and we will suggest a group size that works.

Can a heavy jet fly from Indiana to Europe nonstop?

Yes, most heavy jets have the range for a nonstop flight to Western Europe. Weather, winds and passenger load can affect that, so we check the actual route and load before quoting. If a stop would be needed, you will know up front.

Is a heavy jet worth it over a super-midsize?

It depends on the trip. For a large group, a transoceanic flight or lots of luggage, the heavy jet usually earns its cost. For eight people flying coast to coast, a super-midsize jet charter often does the job for less, and we will tell you that.

What if the jet can't fly on the day we leave?

You are protected. When a maintenance issue grounds the booked aircraft, you are covered for up to 100% of the replacement flight cost through mechanical insurance. We go to work finding another suitable jet so your group can still travel, and we walk you through this coverage before you book.

Do I need to sign a contract or join anything?

No. There are no long-term commitments and nothing to buy in advance. You book the trip you need when you need it, with an all-inclusive quote.
